Remain in was founded by members who have successfully led numerous projects at companies demanding sophisticated marketing skills, such as P&G and Keyence. It is a startup that has built a track record by proposing results-driven marketing, branding, influencer utilization, and advertising to top-tier clients, including major listed companies.
In its first term, the company steadily built achievements, strengthened its personnel, and achieved planned profitability. From its second term, leveraging the profits from the first term and additional financing, it announced the core part of its plan to advance to the next step as a startup studio, a goal it has aimed for since its establishment.
The core concept is "To create lasting intrinsic value."
It will simultaneously develop two types of startups: CF (Cash Flow) creation businesses with an eye on exit strategies, and PV (Permanent Value) creation businesses that take on global challenges in diverse fields.
Without being constrained by preconceived notions, all employees constantly think about the company's growth and advance to the next step, armed with marketing backed by realistic plans and thorough verification.

With the website renewal, we have also refreshed our logo. The gradation represents growth. Warm colors express decisiveness. Purple hues represent individual charisma, and the landscape style of the logotype signifies classic stability, unaffected by trends. The CI (Corporate Identity) is designed to be freely adaptable according to the usage scene, as long as the core impression of the identity is maintained, giving it the role of DNA that conveys Remain in's culture.

What is VPS, which expresses the company's foundation?
Remain in defines three elements—VISION, PURPOSE, and STANCE—as the company's identity.
VISION is "Create the everlasting values."
PURPOSE is "Explore business value and create assets."
The businesses we undertake, whether for clients/partners or our own, are about leaving assets of knowledge and relationships. By creating businesses valuable to the world, the results of which are passed down and remain as assets, we create true value for Remain in's future.
STANCE is "Work dazzlingly."
Each individual is special, overlapping, shining, and resonating. As a mindset, we aspire to "philanthropy," "being a challenger," "refinement," and "growth potential." As actions, we aim for the working style of the "elite," "genius," and "charismatic." That is our aspiration. VPS is something all employees of Remain in, Inc. maintain without distinction, expressing the continuity of Remain in's philosophy and the way all current employees should be, leading to the future.
Message from the CEO
I am Yuya Okawa, the current Representative Director of Remain in, Inc.
We are now in our second term, and at this timing, we have redefined our company's philosophy and refreshed our website and logo. I emphasized "current" because there is a strong possibility that in another year or two, I will no longer be at the top. In my view, expressions like "advertising agency" or "marketing company" merely capture one side of our business. The charm of our company, and our greatest challenge to the world, lies in "the creation of a corporate entity where the most talented people gather to realize the highest and greatest future (creating teh everlasting values)." The most important thing is "people," and the environment that talented individuals seek is not the traditional pyramid-shaped organization, but a "tunnel-type" organization. In other words, senior positions and the presidency are not places to stay, but positions to experience and graduate from. By thus producing a large number of employees with high skills and mindset, we will simultaneously and prolifically generate new businesses and group companies, accelerating "speedy decision-making, bold execution, and the participation of talented individuals who make it happen." In fact, in our second term since founding, we have produced two representative directors and expanded business performance, and for the remainder of the latter half of the year, we will establish an even newer structure and execute further expansion.
