Yuya Shibata

Now that I've reached my mid-30s, I’m re-evaluating what I want from my career.

After graduating, I plunged into my career in my twenties. I joined Dentsu as a business producer (sales), balancing my work for clients while considering future career growth. At the same time, I learned marketing independently, crafting strategies from top to bottom.

As I reached my 30s, I was given leadership roles, progressing steadily. But I started questioning, “What am I truly seeking in my career?”

I realized that staying on a predetermined path was hindering my growth.

That’s when I encountered Remain Inc., which helped me rediscover my value and purpose.

Initially, I hesitated to take the leap, using my age as an excuse. But the supportive environment at Remain Inc. broke down my doubts, pushing me toward personal growth.

In Remain Inc., the team shares a sense of mutual ambition and collaboration,

working together with purpose and guided by both logic and emotion to create the best outcomes.

I now feel proud to be part of this collective effort to build something lasting, a group that takes responsibility and works with integrity.

I joined Remain Inc. with the condition that I could take on the role of CEO someday, a challenge that pushed me to grow.

Although I was evaluated positively in past roles, I often lacked the sense of fulfillment and purpose that I’ve found here. Now, only three months in, I’m already pursuing my original ambitions and seeing tangible results. Kei Ogiso

Building multiple businesses as a startup studio is not an 'end goal' but an 'absolute means.

Previously, as a consultant, I worked with executives across various industries to address their business challenges. During this time, I realized that simply providing support as a consultant was not enough for me—I wanted to take on risks, responsibility, and authority as a business owner and be directly accountable for outcomes.

Meeting Remain Inc. felt like encountering something close to my ideals: rapid execution, dedication to quality, and a shared sense of belief. I began to seriously consider entrepreneurship.

Remain Inc. Group has cultivated a startup studio with a distinct corporate culture.

The goal is not merely to build numerous businesses but to establish "early profitability," "ownership in the market," and a "sustainable, self-perpetuating business model."

This vision is embodied in Golden Hour Inc., our first subsidiary, which has been instrumental in establishing our ethos.

I currently serve as its CEO, leading comprehensive consulting and marketing support for prominent cosmetic clinics in Japan, and working to realize Remain Inc. Group’s vision.

We will continue to take on new challenges

Remain in. is a place where I can work alongside top performers from other industries, using the skills I’ve developed in my professional career.

I joined Remain Inc. through an invitation from Yamaguchi, a high school friend and founder of the company.

My previous career followed the "typical investment banking career path" with roles in finance departments of various companies, including private equity funds, venture capital, and startups.

However, I realized that I wasn't truly passionate about this work and felt like I was simply following a pre-set track.

I began to question why I was limiting my ambitions, but couldn’t break free until I encountered Remain Inc., where I felt a sense of freedom to create my career path.

Remain in offers an ideal environment for professionals contemplating their next steps.

It encourages individuals to think independently, solve challenges quickly, and combine their expertise with creativity to create new value.
